AP Passes Discounts

Is there any discounts out there on purchessing a AP.
I know the Disney club used to give you a discount on them.
Does the Disney Visa give discounts for AP's

I know you may not be in florida but Florida residents receive a substantial discount, which I believe right now is nearly $70.00 cheaper than the non-resident.

No discounts on AP unless you are FL resident, military, or DVC owner.
