We are going this June for a family trip. My daughter 18 yrs, is hoping to go back with friends for another trip so we purchased an annual pass for her and 10 day passes for the rest of us. My question comes with making the reservation when the rates do come out for June. Do we have to make them in her name, since she will have the actual annual pass? I am assuming that we will.
Second question is that my husband and son will actually get there one day before my daughter and I because of timing issues in leaving. Will they be able to check in if the room is in my daughter's name and she won't be there until the next morning at 6 am? He can take her pass with him to prove the annual pass but at that point it will still be a voucher with no one's name on it as we won't activate it until we actually arrive the next day. So maybe I should make the reservation in his name since it won't be activated yet.
Or does the name really matter at all since we all have the same last names and will be staying together just not arriving together at the beginning?
Thanks for any advice you have.
