I'm one of the people who has only been getting the page with the prices to purchase an AP whenever I try to go to any of the AP specific pages. In anticipation of early registration I just checked and the problem seems to be solved. I am now at least able to get to the early registration page, hopefully everything will work when registration opens. Just thought I would mention it in case others were still having the same problem.
