AP ?? - How much of a discount have you gotten in December??

Just wondering how much savings anyone has gotten with a AP rate in December???

What was your origianl room rate and the rate after the AP discount???

We're hoping those AP rates come out soon for December!!

I got BWI standard for Dec 6 for $169 AP, I believe rack was around $285.

$189 for GF December 6 thru 9th last year. Do not remember rack rate.

I believe rack was $219. We got WL for $124 (can't recall rack), and were upgraded to one of the Honeymoon Suites - we were only there our last night, though.

Last year AP discounts were good for check in thru Dec. 19th. ("Available to anyone" room only codes were good for check in thru Dec. 25th.)

Just to be clear....
Does that mean that there are NO codes available for rooms from Dec 26th through the end of the year?? Or is it for these dates just for new check in??

This is correct. There are NEVER any discounts during this time, (Dec. 26 - Dec. 31), because this is the busiest week during the entire year at DisneyWorld. No need to give discounts.

If your stay runs thru this time, then you get whatever rate you checked in with. Example: You check in Dec. 19th and get $40 per night for All Stars. No matter how many nights you stay, you get $40 per night. Even if it runs thru Christmas week.

Same thing with an AP holder. They need to check in Dec. 19 to get that discounted rate thru Christmas or NYE.
