I'm so sorry to ask this question as I know it's been asked within a thread before but I cannot for the life of me find it (esp with a 3 year old going on in my ear!!!) :rotfl:

We are staying off site (at present) and want to buy APs. We arrive around 7pm on the Sunday so won't be able to get them then. Can we arrive early (park doesn't open until 10 am) and get them? Or do we have to wait until 10 am?

Thanks for your help :)

You'll be able to get them in the morning before 10am.

You won't get through security at EMH time though, as you haven't yet got your AP's, and you're not staying at an onsite hotel. So I think the earliest you will be able to get them will be around 9.15 ish, when normal security opens and you can get as far as the ticket offices and park turnstiles.

Really?

That shows how long it was since I was last there they didn't even have EMH when I was last there!

Sorry, I thought that you would have been allowed to buy tickets at any time.

When we went in Summer thay had changed the system and anyone could get through bag search during EMH time but then couldnt get to the turnstiles unless they showed hotel pass/AP but still dont think you could buy APs til bit later as they dont open ticket booths that early

Thanks for that. We may now be staying on site afterall (long story!) but haven't booked yet. If we are onsite and can use the EMH, will we be able to get our APs earlier? Does anyone know what time the pass office opens (or the normal ticket entry place?).

Thanks for your help :)

I think if you are onsite and able to use EMH you can buy APs then through guest relations office - think this is open during EMH - from 8.00

i don't think you'll be able to get your permanent pass til after 10am coz i don't think the AP bureau is open before then.

Although you can enjoy most of the day in the park as long as you convert the temp pass before the Bureau shuts :goodvibes

Great thanks!

On the reverse - anyone know what time Guest Relations closes? I ask because we will be there by about 7 pm on the Sunday evening and wondered about going then (the park doesn't close until 10 pm the weekends so we could make use of a few hours then too!) :thumbsup2

Guest Relations usually closes 45 minutes after the official park closing time.

However, if you're intending buying your APs at Guest Services that evening, you'd have to check with them that you could wait until the next day, when the AP office is open, to exchange your temporary APs (these are what you get at Guest Services) for your permanent ones.

In the summer when the park shut at 11pm I think the AP bureau closed at 8pm :)

Thanks for that :thumbsup2 We may now be staying on site anyway so we'll be able to use the package tickets (B&B was actually more expensive!).
