Glory49 - as an AP holder, you generally use the AP room-only discount and buy whichever dining package you'd like to use, correct? Do you find this to be the least expensive option overall?
I am considering an AP upgrade for our September visit. DH and I are staying at POP, then using vacation club points for Wyndham Bonnet Creek and Bay Lake Towers for the duration of our stay (points were given to us by family for use on this trip - my 62nd BD).
We OFTEN rent points at WBC and have stayed off-site, so I'm trying to justify the AP as it will give us free parking, some food discounts and TOUR discounts, as well as keeping the cost down for theme park visits. Though DH does not want to come back next year, my son DOES, so I may be returning in March/April with him.
Even if I used the AP only for the 8 days this Sept and 7-8 days next spring, would the cost off-set buying park passes? Thanks for you input.
