AP Holders & 40% PIN & Dining question

I did read through some of the 40% off threads & didn't see it, so I apologize if this was already asked...

I'm an AP holder, I got the 40% PIN email yesterday (after I've been drooling over all your posts this weekend) ...wondering if any AP holder has been able to take advantage of the 40% off room & add the dining plan WITHOUT buying a 1 day base ticket?

I know w/free dining you'd have to, but going through some of the previous/current other offers available to AP holders it seems that we could add the dining plan on w/o a base ticket.

Just looking for confirmation on this & also wondering if the CMs know this or if I should call the AP holder ressie line?? It's different than the phone number in my email w/the PIN.

Yes, I booked the the passholder + dine package with 40% off of the room rate over the weekend. I did NOT have to buy a one day base ticket.

From reading another thread, apparently the AP holder phone line goes to CRO, just like any other call. Hope this helps.

I was also able to get the 40% off rate plus the dining plan without buying tickets.

we too got the passholder+dine at the 40% pin-less code. We wanted the AKL-CL for the whole week of 8/23, but was only able to grab Pool-view bunk room. Our fingers are still crossed hoping that a club room will open up during that week.

Thank you all for responding! I think I'll be doing a split stay w/WL & Poly (both of our dream resorts). We'll be there for our anniversary & think it will really be fun to stay at those resorts this time!!
