AP Help

Hi there,
I have just received out AP vouchers. I would really like to log into the passholders area on the Disney website, but when I type the details in it won't let me through. I think the problem is the TR number. It says 2-5 digits, mine is 8 digits. I've tried various combinations and nothing seems to work.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm not 100% sure but I think the AP has to be activated before you can log on to the passholder section of the website. You have to exchange the voucher for the actual pass before it's considered activated.
