AP florida discount with non-disney timeshare

I have a few family members who own a Florida, non-DVC timeshare. Is there anyway for them to qualify for a Florida AP since they own a timeshare in Florida (which is technically real estate)?

No. There is a list of accepted forms of identification for FL residents. Just owning a timeshare doesn't qualify somebody as a FL resident.
