ap discount code doesn't work for POP

I just called to update my reservation at POP for in May with the FDA code and he told me that POP didn't have any openings, only Music and Sports had avalibility. I am bummed. He said I could check back later. Alot of people must have reservations. Anybody else have any luck?

When I called on Wednesday morning, I was able to get all 14 nights of my stay at Pop with the AP code - May 3rd through 17th.

But . . .

Then I called back and changed it to Animal Kingdom Lodge.

I rang last night to use AP code and was told it was only available for Saratoga or key west! Surely that can't be right? I had read that the FDA code was for value, moderate or deluxe. Any advice please.

I tryed to get Pop for June 1-3 and no avalibility. so I got sports which is fine, it has wi-fi and it's the only value bf hasn't stayed there, so i'm fine with trying somewhere new(at least for him). I'm staying at pop in september.

Keep in mind that there are only limited AP rooms for the resorts. Also, not all resorts are available on the same dates.

I got 2 rooms for May 6 to 11th.

I would keep trying. Have you checked the website? I kept checking the website for my December trip and did eventually find when I wanted. I do prefer to book on the phone though.

one of the guys from Mousetunes said that he went there to use it, the access point is in the main building and food court.

Call back. I was able to change my existing ressie at AS Sports over to the AP rate with no problem. There are other posts where others here on the DIS have gotten resorts in all categories (values, mods, and deluxe).

I tried a few Pop dates online and only a very limited availability showed up. Looks like Pop will be at capacity this spring. I remember reading that there is a marathon early May, so that be causing some of the higher attendance. I did note that during Memorial Day weekend none of the values had availability (only moderates) -- even though the email said that Memorial Day weekend was blacked out.
