When booking through a travel agent, character meals come in the form of a voucher. The voucher covers the meal, gratuity, and all taxes.

Do Premium AP's get the same voucher covering the meal, gratuity, and all taxes (but at 15% off the normal rate)?

I dont believe ap's have a way to purchase vouchers at anything other then the full rate. I've never heard of anything like that. You have to present your pass at the register to get the discount.

Hmmm...The character breakfasts are at a set price of $27.25 for adults and $14.80 for children. When booking through an agent, I can get a couple dollars off of that price ($25.00 & $14.00), and it includes taxes and gratuity. It seems like it would be a waste to take 15% off of the normal price, because I would just pay it in gratuity (if the AP deal is different then a travel agent deal), but would also have to pay tax, making it more expensive.

Does this make sense? Clear as mud huh? Has anybody with an AP gone to a character breakfast using their discount? How much did it cost?
