Hi.
I just went online and purchased an annual pass for my mom.
I purchased through MDE and she paid. I have the pass being sent to my house since I'm the keeper and organizer for our trips.
I also purchased a 3 day pass for my dh (that my mom also purchased
)
When I went to purchase the passes (3 day and AP), I was able to select what person from my friends/familily MDE would be assigned the pass.
When I just went on to MDE to look up an ADR, I see that Disney has already linked the tickets with the correct person.
But, when I see my moms name this is what it says:
Annual Pass
Assigned to: Mom's name
* * THIS IS WHERE MY QUESTION WILL BE: * *
Only Mom's Name Can Reassign
Age: 10 and older
What does this mean that only my mom can reassign? Will I still be able to make the FP+s for us? I do not think we are "friends" although I can see her reservations but not have access to make changes if I so wanted. If I wanted to make a change for an ADR she made (I can see it but only will let my mom make the change), do we need to be friends (I guess this is another question).
Also, if we become "friends" and we have access to each other's information and are able to both make changes, will she still be able to make her own changes and additions and FP+ when she goes in February with my sister's family? I won't be going but she will be making the FP+s for her/my sister's family (my sister is not registered nor will she care to be on the MDE site, so it is my mom that will be doing this planning).
