Yep, you still get 10% off certain restaurants in Epcot for lunch (most of the table service ones). And I actually did ask the question about the Mickey Monitor while renewing an annual pass over the phone- the CM told me that you DON"T receive the Mickey Monitor unless the pass is activated, even if it's a renewal voucher. Even though that their computer shows that you've paid to renew, the Mickey Monitor will stop unless the pass is activated at WDW. I also thought that you were only supposed to get one per family, but can't confirm that rule. And, it is a long lead time before the first one may arrive, as it can take months to get on the list once you activate, and if your name isn't on the list by a certain date, then you won't get one until the next time. You do, however, get one more after your pass expires. Also there may have been some confusion and mistakes and things on the last one in November, as I believe different types of passholders got different Mickey Monitors (just to make things more confusing LOL)- one of my friends got a different one than I did, so I know this happened. Anyway, I bet they'll probably have their act more together by the time this next one comes out.
