AP activation question

We just purchased AP's online for our next trip. My DD is traveling down with a school trip and we are meeting here there. She will still be with her school group the first day DH and I want to go to the parks. Can I activate all 3 AP's that day, even if she isn't with me? She is 13 and wouldn't have an id to show if they asked her for one. And if I can't how would that work since they are all on the same exchange certificate?

The letter of the policy is that she needs to be present. Some/many CMs will bend the rule for a minor. If the CM you get won't do it, it's easy to activate just two out of the three and give you an inactive pass to bring back with her in order to activate later.
