AoA Mermaid room requests and skyliner?

Any tips on room requests for Little Mermaid Rooms. looking for quiet and closest to transportation (which I know is hard with this room)
Also, what time does the skyliner start running? hoping to use it a lot over our trip.

Building 7 or 9 will be closest to transportation. The backside of 7 would be nice as it's along the lake, I'm just not sure what the request would be for that specifically

I would review transportation info on the Early Theme Park Entry page to get an idea of when all transportation starts, but looks like skyliner is supposed to start an hour before ETPE:
