AoA & distance to parks

Hi all-

How far by bus would you say from AoA to the parks?

I'm just nervous that it's a bit far to MK (where we'll be most of the time).

Also how's the bus system at AoA?

We have 3 kids: 7, 5 and 22 months

It takes about 25 minutes to MK, 20 minutes to Epcot, 18 minutes to DHS, and 22 minutes to AK. TL and BB are 20 minute rides too.

Interesting. We've never stated at AoA but do stay at CBR which is right next to AoA and some of those times are much higher. From CBR

I've stayed at that resort and no way do the bus rides take that long. I dont know the exact time but the rides werent long at all.

We stayed at AoA last year and it definitely didn't take 25 minutes. I don't know how long, but not that long.

We never found the ride to any of the parks to be that bad. Even from AkL with a 15 month old, we never found them that bad though so....

CBR might have felt longer due to the loop at the resort. That felt really long last summer, especially after MSSHP lol

AOA is in a central location at WDW - so nothing is far away - it almost next door to the DHS - but it is the route the bus drivers must take that makes it feel longer.

Epcot is really close too. You can see the fireworks from Epcot at AOA - well you can at Pop - so assuming that AOA is the same?

Yes,from Generation Gap Bridge and other select spots.

Also fireworks from DHS and MK can be seen from certain areas.

never seem the DHS fireworks at Pop - but definitely the MK fireworks - they are further away - so the views are pretty limited especially compared to Epcot at POP.
