Anyway to see what ADR are available without selecting individual dates

Not sure how the phrase this, but is there anyway to see what is actually available without having to go through every day separately.

Not that I am aware of. You can search by day for all available restaurants/time-slots for your selected party, but that is about as broad a search I believe you can make.

If you aren't sure where to dine, suggest watching many of Disney Food Blog's YouTube videos as a starter to narrow down what you might be interested in enjoying. There are so many great options to choose from, sure you will discover a few favorites on your upcoming trip.

I was hoping for something like the park pass calender. There will be a group of 8 too so I hard to find anything.

Traveling as part of a group of 11, I understand some of the challenges around larger parties. We've used a couple of strategies - for non-Disney restaurants, primarily in Disney Springs, I checked open table/called the restaurant and was able to to book reservations for our large group without an issue (Chef Art Smith's and Frontera Cocina), I was able to make these reservations at least 90 days out. We also booked two smaller parties at the same time. (Via Napoli, Oga's, and Beaches and Cream). This can be done by coordinating with someone in your party who also has a MDE account or by making reservations from a laptop/pc/chromebook and changing the 'owner' of the first reservation and then making another reservation for the remainder of your party same way or via app on your phone, for about the same time. The only callout here is that if the owner of a reservation does not have MDE, he/she will need to call Disney Dining to make any changes/cancellations. The third option, is creating a reservation for a smaller number, say 6, then calling Disney Dining to see if they can help you find another time for the last two (Sanaa). Landry's Restaurants also has a loyalty/rewards program. It costs $25 to join, but a 'member' can call a restaurant and can most times make reservations with them directly, even when Disney says there are no times available (Yak and Yeti). The $25 is applied as credit for your first meal, so you really don't loose out on the $$.

The restaurants I shared are only examples of which spots we were able to get reservations for using each strategy, and not an inclusive list. Hope you are able to get the spots you want. If all else fails, keep checking even up to a day or so before your desired date or join the walk up list first thing in the morning.

If you join the walkup list in the morning how soon do you have to go? We want to get Beaches and Cream for later in the day. I'm thinking these reservations are going to be a lost cause

There's no way to control it unfortunately. You may get called back in 10 minutes, or in 4 hours, so no way to really choose lunch or dinner even with the wait list.
