Anything to do around Dallas Love Field airport?

Will be in Dallas for work on Thursday, just for the day. I'll be finishing up my work in the Grapevine area around 2:30pm and my departing flight isn't until 6:40pm. Anything to do in either Grapevine or near Dallas Love Field that will kill a little time but won't put me too far out of my way? Thinking a cool shopping area or trendy area, or maybe some place unique to eat at? Or a tourist thing? Never been to Dallas before. I'll be relying on Uber as well. Thanks!
