Anything Newer Than Diaper Cakes??

So, my sister is having a baby and I want to do something creative for her shower. Diaper cakes are pretty common now. Is there something newer/trendier that I could give?

I made these for a friends baby shower. I got a a bunch of onesies and rolled them up into a ball, fastened with a rubber band and put them in cupcake papers. I founds fancy ones at Michaels craft store. I also bought a bakery box. Here is a link as to what they can look like like. You can do smaller ones with hats and socks too. I recently saw diaper babies at a craft show. Brand new sleeper and hat, diapers folded and rolled to make it look like a baby sleeping on it's tummy on a new blanket. MUCH cuter, imho, than the cakes....I'll see if I can google an image for you....
