That is the Los Angeles chapter. Wishes usually are done out of the kid's area chapter but the people in the Los Angeles chapter would know of any such places like the one in WDW.

Last year this question was asked and I searched high and low on the internet and found nothing. I do not recall anyone finding such a place either. Maybe the old bloodhound's nose finally wore out.
