Shouldn't be anything to do until it's time to make your first reservation.
That said, I would advise you to call MS (preferably later in the week in the mid- afternoon when it's not so busy) and ask the CM if you are "in the system yet." I'd also ask the CM to give you a "status" of the points in your account. It should agree with what you were expecting. That's a good thing to do - especially if you bought resale and have banked/borrowed points to track.

P.S. If you got 2005 use year points, you'll have to bank them if you want to use them for your September 2006 trip. September 2006 falls within your 2006 use year.
If you got any 2004 use year points, they would have to be used by 7/31/2005 or they will expire (unless they were banked). If any 2004 use year points were banked, they have to be used by 7/31/2006 or they expire. You can't bank those particular points again.
