We will need to check in for our SW flight at 2:20 in the afternoon. We will be in Universal Studios that day. Is there anywhere you can go where they will check you in like guest services? I know guest services will do it for you at the Disney parks, is Universal the same?

We do have an ipad with the SW app but we'd need the wifi to access it and from my searches I have not found where there is any wifi access inside the parks.

I suppose last resort is to head back to the RPR where we are staying and have them do it or use the wifi but I'd rather not waste valuable park time. And yes I know I can pay for the early bird check-in for SW but that's $50 I'd rather spend at Universal! ;)

Thanks!!

What about having a trusted friend or family member back home check you in? That's what we do if we think internet access might be a problem. So far so good for us. Of course we do always bring back a nice thank you gift and we also offer to reciprocate.

What about paying for Early Bird Check In? Southwest will check you in automatically, 25 hours before your flight departs, and you won't have to worry about interrupting your day.

Do you have a cell phone that has internet access?

When we went to Universal in October I just used my cell phone to do the check in thing. Once you get to the airport find one of the SW kiosks and ask it to reprint your boarding pass, since you cannot print a boarding pass from your cell phone.
