I agree w/the West opinion. Training is self taught on their program but ok if you are comfortable w/tech. They have a better selection of lines IMO but hours can be really hard to come by unless that has changed. I hated the informercial line & that was the easiest to get hired on.
I also tried LiveOPs but again, hated the informercials & finally couldn't make myself work it when I didn't believe the products. Their training was better and they recently left me a message trying to find workers for last Friday's telethon. They did not seem to have as many lines as options but did pay better. Both paid on time & accurately.
I would check out wahm.com or workplacelikehome.com. They are both good sites w/tons of info & lots of forums & opinions to check out on all sorts of WAH companies.
