Anyone work with a jealous Co-worker

I did back a couple years ago. It was hell! Considering it was only a job to make some money for school, I left. I don't think she was just jealous but horribly intimidated by me. I finally confronted her and asked if she had a problem with me, she shrunk down and looked actually scared, which was strange seeing as she had put on such a strong and tough front. I was always really friendly and nice to her and everyone else, people can be so strange!

I work with one . . .and it is totally awful! She really isn't liked much by anyone and gets upset when people actually come up to me and ask questions and not her. She always tries to be in control and butt in. People at work have started to call her the 5th Administrator.

She is jealous that I go on vacations to WDW and is jealous I have a husband and family . . .It really is a lousy situation. I almost feel bad for her . . .but her attitude really stinks.

I did, when I first started a brand new job. She actually left a meeting we were in together to go tell someone I was trying to steal her job. I wasn't, but a couple weeks later when she quit they offered it to me. Over two years later I still love it, and she is long gone.

One woman I work with half jokes about being jealous of X, Y and Z. I say "half jokes" since others have thought she really is jealous, especially of the younger employees, being advanced ahead of her.

Another one showed jealous tendancies regarding a man we both worked with. She threw a nutty one afternoon when I went along to lunch with him, her and another guy. She did a few other crazy things too. Funny thing is she thought other women were jealous of her. It finally came to an end when the guy left and she had nobody to obsess over anymore.

I got a new computer at work this week and several coworkers in my department are jealous of my new computer.

I used to work at 1 place where one of my coworkers was very jealous of me. She went to my supervisor about me once, who was really good friends with her. My supervisor said she wanted to get me fired because I was the same age as her oldest dd. My supervisor did point out to her that her oldest dd was 6 months older than I am. That woman had several screws loose.
