Anyone with recent experience staying in Terrace Ridge or Fiesta Key?

I'm coming across some awesome rates for these properties, but can't find too much info. or detailed reviews on them.

Anyone stayed at either of these properties lately?

I'm also curious about Fiesta Keys. I have seen a price of about $80 including taxes for a 3 bedroom town home on hotelmartusa.com. I think it is fairly new. I couldn't find any information about it either. For the price, you probably can't go wrong.

I'm finding it for less than that including taxes, that's why I'm curious. It looks to be a new development, maybe that's the reason for lack of info. and reviews.
