Or hasn't in a very long time?? My kids will be 35 month old (ds) and a 16 month old dd. I can't tell you the last time she slept in the stroller - and my son.. oh boy. And they are both kids that totally need their naps, so we are planning on going back to the house for down time/nap time.
I guess my question is, Did your kids conk out with all the excitement? I kind of want them to nap in the stroller and save us a trip (selfish I know), and the adults can still do the bigger people stuff as they sleep.

I tried a new approach the following day and asked her simply to sit in the stroller and have a rest. I put the sun shade on and we walked a bit and she was off in about 10 minutes. Worked everyday as long as I didn't mention "sleep" beforehand.
