Anyone willing to share Music List for Marathon Weekend?

I just signed up for the Princess 1/2 and the regulations stated that no headphones were allowed on the course. Do the other Disney races allow MP3 players and such??

Thanks.

Don't believe it. I wore my Ipod both years at Disneyland, plus the Goofy this year. They're can't stop you, putting it in their information is just a deterrent. Thousands of people wear their Ipods, Sandisks, etc.

Ok I am slower, in the 11-12 min range, so I need lots of music and have gone through lots of lists- here's some of my favorites- I will also try to time my run to throw in an its a small world or animal song at the right moment, I did that for the last marathon for certain "landmarks" and was able to guess my pace pretty close and then had a couple minutes of entertainment and was proud of myself for timing it "right" :)

I like long songs. I have two songs from Perpetual Groove from a show I saw in Brooklyn this September, Space Paranoid and Teakwood Betz. Together they clock in over a half hour. Then there is Mountain Jam from the Eat a Peach album, another 30 minutes. Then a song from the Live Dead album, Lovelight, and then some songs from a Disco Biscuit show in Philly (Wizards in Winter-Morph Dusseldorf-Hot Air Balloon-Kamale Sands-Wizards in Winter) for the next 37 minutes. The P Groove and Biscuit songs can be found (along with so much more!) on a site called archive.org

Sorry, twotoohappy, no Phish on this one:)

Wow just what I needed...I got some Itunes Gift cards to burn.

My Power song....

John Williams Olympic Fanfare.....

Give it a listen on youtube if you aren't familiar. Makes me feel like an athlete...not just a middleaged slow runner. :-)
