Anyone who has been waiting for months and months on Epoll read this!

I moderate a freebies board on parentsplace.com and one of the ladies posted this email address the other day and told us to put ERIKA in the subject line and our rewards would get taken care of.

Well,on monday i emailed Erika and told her what i was waiting on and how long i had been waiting. Well,that evening she CALLED me!! Verified my mailing address and apologized many many times. She is a temp. that has been brought in to clean up the mess. She is extremely nice and said my reward would be mailed that evening.

I went and checked my mail today and there were my gift certificates!! YAY!!

Thank You so much for this information. I , too, have been waiting since August for my E-Poll reward. I keep getting the run around from the site who just two days ago sent me another e-mail asking me to wait another 4- 6 weeks! I will try this and hopefully she'll call me too!
