Actually, you're quite wrong on this. As Christians, it is our job on this earth to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to as many as we can reach. Not to recognize "there's different strokes for different folks"!
Now forcing the issue is different and I agree that she went completely off the deep end. Maybe she is a hypocrite about the money or maybe she just feels better thinking that the people are "tainted", not the money. I'm not saying I agree with her and I certainly hated the way she handled this whole situation.

I think the key word in goofygirl's post was "force" not spread the gospel. Big difference. She was not a good Christian, nor a good Catholic. I was waiting for her head to start spinning and to start speaking in tongues.

She was on Access Hollywood last nite and she is going to be portraying herself in a movie. Her husband was with her and he told the camera crew that this will only make her more of a DIVA at home. They were putting a wig on her for the movie-but she was portraying her "warrior" self. So she is making money off her character.

She looked like she lost weight too. The program was taped last June, so it has been 8 months-she must of used the money for her surgery.

Funny you should say that. If you go to her official website, there is a humorous rap playing and she is speaking during it. She mentions something about a straight jacket. I'll have to go listen again, to get the exact wording.

OMG!!! I just heard the rap song that she performs in off her website! She does mention that she is crazy but doesn't need a straightjacket! What's that about a bucket of chicken???

Where do they find there people for these shows. It really is crazy how they act on national tv. Do they find them at the Jerry Springer auditions? And we wonder why a lot of people do not like Americans.

I did get on her website out of morbid curiousity. I got some amusement out of the people telling her exactly what they thought of her. Of course, she would respond by telling them to look elsewhere. That was a shocker!

I was disgusted by the photos of her on her home page. For her to be getting positive recognition over acting like a fruitcake is appalling, in my opinion.

As for the song, I had to mute the sound on my computer. I couldn't take hearing her screech the word Christian one more time.

She made a fool out of herself and it'll always be out there now. Of course, she'll never think that. That type of person never does see the other side of the coin. It's all about them and what they think rules.

I'm a Christian, but I have an open mind too. Her mind isn't just closed, it's padlocked.
