Anyone watch Larry King last night? Who was that irritating blonde woman?

I saw the end of her interview with Meredith Viera...she was talking about how all the girls "meeted" with Donald Trump.

I personally like her, I like how she stood her ground and didn't say what they wanted to hear her say. There aren't many people at there like that

Slightly OT. Why is it that anyone who does some stupid thing that gains attention in the media can get their book published and those of us who work really hard to write a descent book have to fight forever to get a publisher to even look at our work? Just doesn't seem right.

But she's a hypocrite. She said was against gay marriage because of her Christian values, then she's shown to have done several things which are against those Christian values.

It's easy for her to be against gay marriage because she's not a lesbian, but it's apparent her "Christian values" don't stop her from doing things she's inclined to do, no matter how condemmed they are according to The Bible. I don't see how that makes her likeable.

It's really hard to discuss this without being able to discuss religion. I don't think she ever claimed she was perfect

Yea, but when you do a pageant you have to sign legal documents that you have not taped yourself in a sexual situation or have nude photos flying around.

So she lied, which makes her a liar, which makes her a hypocrite.

::yes::

Which makes HER inappropriate and whenever I heard her calling Larry King inappropriate over and over again last night.....I thought she is an idiot. PERIOD.

I was watching it and when she took off her mic I thought "Oh, she's going to walk out, that's dramatic." But she sat there, blinking...what was up with that? popcorn::

Also, the fiance pointed out that she didn't take off the mike until the caller rang in, was she mad at that or at Larry King?

Ferlapeg, I agree with you 1000%!!! What makes her story more appealing than someone else's.

From what I could read from her lips as soon as she heard the caller voice, she looked to the side and said "Are we done or leaving" Something like that. Then she sat there like a dear in headlights.

I think she has 1 minute left of her "celebrity status"

I had heard on the news this morning, Today show maybe, that according to her, they had agreed no phone call questions so that's why she was mad and said he was inappropriate for going back on their agreement.

She really made a horse's patootie of herself. Love how she kept holding the book up. It could be a SNL skit!

I don't think the appearance on Larry King hurt her because no one actually watches it. He has the lowest ratings of the cable tv news shows, barely drawing 450,000 viewers. Hannity has him beat by a mile.

Toss a sex tape out there and some pics. That seems to work unfortunately.

Then why do LKL?

Yeah, but I bet her appearance on the Today Show was seen by millions.

That might be true. But after the way she acted on the show, it is all over all of the news channels.

This is my understanding also, that before the interview it was agreed upon that there wouldn't be any questions involving the settlement. If that was the case, then yes he was being innappropriate especially since she said she was not able to discuss it because of the confidentiality agreement. He asked and did not like her answer and he pushed it. That being said, she definitely could have handled it better, with a little more maturity. If she wants to be in the *limelight* she needs to learn how to conduct herself in these kinds of situations. I saw her speaking about how Sarah Palin was treated in the media, so its not like Miss Prejean wouldn't be expecting some of the same.
I really can't believe she wrote a book, I want to know who is going to admit that they are going to buy it :lmao:

That is bunk...she claims her mediation agreement stresses confidentiality. It would with the terms of the agreement, not as to the state of mind of the parties involved. Larry King brought up this exact concept and she got all freaky because she didn't want to talk about the "sex tape" -- probably because it came out earlier that it wasn't one sex tape, more like 15-20 and she didn't make them when she was a teenager as she claimed, she was in her 20s. And if you watch the interview, she started calling King inappropriate BEFORE he ever took a phone call. If she says she is upset because she they weren't to have phone calls, then that is yet another lie to come out of her mouth.

Is it still considered a sex tape even though she is "performing" by herself? ;)

I don't think much of her personally but will admit that she looks very good in her bikini (and no doubt out of it as well).
