I personally like her, I like how she stood her ground and didn't say what they wanted to hear her say. There aren't many people at there like that
But she's a hypocrite. She said was against gay marriage because of her Christian values, then she's shown to have done several things which are against those Christian values.
It's easy for her to be against gay marriage because she's not a lesbian, but it's apparent her "Christian values" don't stop her from doing things she's inclined to do, no matter how condemmed they are according to The Bible. I don't see how that makes her likeable.
It's really hard to discuss this without being able to discuss religion. I don't think she ever claimed she was perfect
Yea, but when you do a pageant you have to sign legal documents that you have not taped yourself in a sexual situation or have nude photos flying around.
So she lied, which makes her a liar, which makes her a hypocrite.
Slightly OT. Why is it that anyone who does some stupid thing that gains attention in the media can get their book published and those of us who work really hard to write a descent book have to fight forever to get a publisher to even look at our work? Just doesn't seem right.
I don't think the appearance on Larry King hurt her because no one actually watches it. He has the lowest ratings of the cable tv news shows, barely drawing 450,000 viewers. Hannity has him beat by a mile.

I had heard on the news this morning, Today show maybe, that according to her, they had agreed no phone call questions so that's why she was mad and said he was inappropriate for going back on their agreement.

This is my understanding also, that before the interview it was agreed upon that there wouldn't be any questions involving the settlement. If that was the case, then yes he was being innappropriate especially since she said she was not able to discuss it because of the confidentiality agreement. He asked and did not like her answer and he pushed it. That being said, she definitely could have handled it better, with a little more maturity. If she wants to be in the *limelight* she needs to learn how to conduct herself in these kinds of situations. I saw her speaking about how Sarah Palin was treated in the media, so its not like Miss Prejean wouldn't be expecting some of the same.
I really can't believe she wrote a book, I want to know who is going to admit that they are going to buy it![]()
