Anyone want to join me resort hopping a bit on Dec 8 during the day???

I have decided that since I'm going to be at MVMCP very late on the 8th that I'm going to take that day slow, relax and perhaps resort hop and see the decorations after breakfast. Anyone else want to join me, say about 10am at the TTC by the MK monorail???? My main ones that I want to do are Wilderness Lodge, Poly, Grand Floridian, Contemporary (which I can do before we meet for dinner) and maybe Coronodo Springs and whatever Dixie Landings is called now (which I've never been to). Is the Carribean Beach Club closed right now for renovations??? I'm sure that will be out. We will have already had a chance to see the Boardwalk and Yacht and Beach Club since I will be over that way for several days. I need to head to the Contemporary around 3:30 and will probably need to go to OKW around 2 to make sure my room is ready and that my luggage made it there from the Swan.

I would love to do this but we are switching hotels that day. Moving from the Swan to the Poly. We also plan on taking that day easy... laundry resting etc. Hope you can find someone to join you it sounds like fun.

I just may have to join you Im not doing the world showcase meet Sunday and I havent seen those resorts either.

I'm still planning on it. Probably start around 11 so I can go and check in at OKW before I head anywhere. I was thinking maybe starting at Wilderness Lodge. So do we want to all meet there like at 11:30????

Do you have a rental car or are we doing Disney transportation. I dont have a rental car yet but Im thinking about getting one since Im staying at AKL and have to be many places VERY early.
Maybe we should save WL, Poly, GF and CR to do last since they are all very close and we can reach them by monorail or boat and then go to CM. What do you think?

I don't have a rental car. Let me think about where and when. That might be a good plan. I'm just going to be doing Disney transportation.

I will have a rental car ... probably just a PT Cruiser. It will be myself and my DH...but 2 more people are welcome to ride along to look at the resorts decorated for Christmas.
