It's our first ever trip to WDW next year! Any vets wanna share your itenerary/schedule for a week in the World? We have small children and all are under 48 inches and my MIL/FIL will be with us as well so I'm trying to get a good idea for a flexible itenerary. We will not be doing any ADRs on this trip :)
Thanks! You all are great!

Well I don't think our schedule is going to be much help. We only have our 4 year old so we will be go go going most of the time.
What are your dates? I am sure we would all love to help figure out a schedule for you.

Also do you know where you are staying yet?

You say you aren't doing any ADRs will you be trying to do 'sit down' restaurants without an ADR or just doing the fast foody type counter service places?

OH and one more. Will you have park hoppers, water park passes or any other extras added onto your ticket or one day one park tickets? We have done both before.

We will be going during Spring Break, March 21-27. I know crowds and cost but it's my bday and my dh's and my anniversary :)

We will have park hoppers but no water parks, just not really our thing.

We're booking this week (wednesday to be exact) so unless something has changed between now and then, we're going to go for the CBR. We were thinking ASMo because my girls are dalmatian addicts, but we figured we could just visit the resort :)

We're doing Counter Service Dining Plan. I just didn't want to have to schedule so much with ADR's and our kids aren't real fans of sit down type restaurants so I thought for our first trip with so much to see and do, CS would be best.

Oh and I should clarify, I'm not asking for an hour by hour breakdown, just a general idea of what to kind of try to do, does that make sense?

Were doing 2 days in Epcot, 2 days in MK, 1.5 in HS, 1 in AK, .5 in DTD, and have a bonus day to go where ever we want. My kids are a little older than yours though and will really enjoy Epcot so we may end up there 3 days. We're also not planning on park hoppers, but will add them if we decide we need to when there.

The week we're going is also Presidents week & Mardi Gras so we'll be contending with crowds, but on the upside we have parades and spectro/wishes/fantasmic just about every night.

I would definitely suggest doing breaks. It will be real easy to hop when you do that. Up until this last trip we always went to rope drop and then eat an early lunch and back to the hotel around 1-3/4pm. We also avoid extra magic hour parks that day but, have done morning emh and then park hopped in the afternoon and that seemed to be fine too. We just don't like getting up that early!
I would probably do
2 magic kingdom mornings with one these being a full MK day
1-2 EPCOT mornings
1 DHS morning
1 AK morning

I didn't know if you would going to the parks that last day so that is why the 1-2 on the EP

Then,
2 MK evenings
2 EP evenings
1 DHS evening

Counter service is really the way to go when it is a busy time. The sit down places take up SO much of your day otherwise.
Check the restaurant board for good dining suggestions but, these are our favorites:
MK- 1 Pecos Bills, 2 Cosmic Ray's, 3 Columbia Harbor House
EP-a lot of people love sunshine seasons, I didn't care for it. The Yorkshire Fish shop is good.
DHS-Bleh, Toy story pizza planet or backlot express (AVOID ABC commissary at all costs!!!:crazy2:)
AK- Love Flame Tree BBQ actually you can't go wrong here it is all good!
Downtown Disney- Earl of Sandwich is so so so good and so is Wolfgang puck express.

I can't imagine you are going to want to go to ASMo unless you have a car. It is a pain to go hotel to hotel on the buses.

We will be driving down, so we will have a car :)

Thanks for all your suggestions! It's so much to take in!

What parade (if any) have McQueen and Mater in them and how will I know when they are?

I have an "under 48" child I'm going with for 6 days in Dec. We're arriving on Thurs night. MK on Friday, Epcot Sat., DHS Sunday, Mon Morning at Epcot until 4, Chef Mickey's at 5, Mon. evening MK for EMH until 11. Tuesday Morning MK by 10, back to hotel for magic express at 3pm. Skipping AK because dd would rather spend extra time at Epcot.
