Anyone used Welcome USA mgmt co. for villa rental?

Hi,

Just found out that James Villas uses a management company called Welcome USA for our villa rental for Emerald Island Resort.

Has anyone ever used this company before?

We went in 2005 with First Choice, who used Welcome USA. We ended up with three villas for a three week stay. The first was dirty and dangerous, First Choice basically did absolutely nothing about it but sent us to Welcome USA, who could not have been more helpful, they found us a new villa immediately.

The First Choice Head Rep's view was, Welcome USA provide the villas it has nothing to do with me, we get you here and can you please leave as we are doing a welcome meeting and we wouldn't want disgruntled guests around as we try and sell tickets etc.

The next villa, which was beautiful, we had to move out as the owners had decided to move management companies, so another trip to Welcome USA who upgraded us to the top of the range villa and gave us £150 per person compensation for the disruption, the girl in the office was so helpful we even bought her a birthday cake.
