Anyone use Windsor Hills Official Rental?

Is this site legit? Has anyone rented through them?

We used them for our trip this past June with no problems at all. You fill out and submit the form with your dates and what kind of property you are looking for and then the owners who have availability for your dates send you a quote through email and you book directly with the owner. The quotes we received listed the rent amount, if they charged a deposit, taxes, etc. You can email further questions to them, etc. Some of the gave a phone number to call, some didn't. DH talked to the owner we used on the phone before we booked. Everything was seamless.

My FIL had a horrible accident resulting in a traumatic brain injury 6 days before we were supposed to leave, and at that point, we didn't know if would live through the surgeries he needed. We had purchased trip insurance, but DH called the owner to see if she would allow us to change our dates or if there was anything else we could work out rather than just cancel. We felt she went above and beyond for us, and I don't think it would have been that way if we had booked through an agency--understandably. She could have very easily said no, it is too late to cancel, sorry about your luck, kept our money and been well within her rights. There was no availability that next several weeks for the condo we had rented, but she had another condo at Windsor Palms and offered that to us if we didn't want to reschedule the WH condo for the dates that were available. We ended up in her condo Windsor Palms after FIL was out of the woods.

We will rent one of her condos the next time we go to WDW.
