I got an EXCELLENT rate for our trip next week, but have never used them before. Anyone have any experiences with them? Are they at the airport, or will we need to take a shuttle to an off-site location?

Just to give you an idea of the rate--we have a regular size car from 10/30 to 11/9 for only $172. Alamo (who we usually use) is around $325 for the same size. I hate to not use Alamo, but picking your own car is just not worth the extra $150, lol.

They are offsite and you will need to take a shuttle.

I used them once. And never again. Masters of bait and switch. And its a bit of a drive off site.

What do they bait-and-switch? Is it worth paying an extra $100+ to go with someone else?

For example: They will tell you that they don't have what you reserved and try to get you into something of a higher class and then charge you for that upgrade, which they should have given to you at no charge.

Not knowing your budget, and just by going with my own gut,I would pay the extra money and go with someone else.
