I just got Mickey Mail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's my ME stuff and the flights are not even on it. I guess that is probably because I just got my airfare LAST NIGHT and therefore they didn't have my flight info! So I just had to call them and fill them in. But at least I got my ME tags!!

I guess that's probably the only Mickey Mail I will get since I have a 'room only' ressie and no package....

My middle one---the one who was in the pool almost the entire time we were talking at SAB that night, he will be 13 on May 10th,..so they are close!! My oldest is 16 and no one has killed each other,..so it's doable! I really believe it depends on the kid and the relationship you have with them already,..I know some kids really have waaaay more emotional ups and downs, but being able to keep that line of communication open is crucial!!
I bet if the majority of that pool is closed, they will let you use the Boardwalk pool. For me that would be a bad thing, but we all know your family enjoyed that freaky clown slide!!!
Your trip time will be around my ADR date,...I always seem to have your trips as some sort of marker for my upcoming plans!!

Hey Shelly! I'm glad you are back!

Our oldest kiddos are really close in age! Morghan turns 13 on May 11th. I was going to ask you a HUGE favor. If I send you some money, while you are on your trip, might you be able to send her a Happy Birthday postcard from WDW? If it is too much trouble, I totally understand. We have a birthday trip planned but not until October so I thought this might be fun in the meantime.

Anyway, I missed reading your frequent posts. I'm glad the work situation is all figured out for the best!

I did get one PM before I left this morning for my walk and errands. Wow, Shelly, you have been on your own little Test Track for the past months. I am so glad that things have worked out - with y'all being in control and calling the shots.

You are leaving in 4 1/2 weeks?!?!?! Does that give you enough time for all the shopping you do before a Disney trip? Not that you need any more clothes or shoes, Miss Fashionista!

Just curious- where was the new job going to be?
My DH wants his company to know he's "looking" too so they'll give him a raise- isn't that sad? You do what ya gotta do.
His boss that he's had for the last 5 years just relocated to Florida with a new job. DH was devastated b/c he was awesome and promoted him. My DH is visiting him at his new company when we're in FL. He wants my DH to meet some people and "network". Hey ya never know maybe FL is in my near future.

Hope SAB is all fixed by the time you get there.
I heard that about TT too. I really hope it's open for us. Although I would rather have BTMRR- that's my favorite!!!

Another teenager to be very soon. Jodi's DS will be 13 in May as well!

It's not that I am totally dreading the teen years, it's just going to be a different stage of our lives. Hopefully we won't have any problems. I hear teenage girls are worse. Although DS12 can be a little emotional at times.

Yes, we've been on quite a ride lately. And I'm glad it has come to an end!

Yep - only 4 1/2 weeks until vacation. IDK how I am going to do it all!! Luckily I went a little wild with the shopping for the August trip and most of that stuff hasn't been worn since, so they may get to make another trip!

This is the best class reunion ever!!

It was going to be in NC. So we were looking forward to getting into a warmer climate, but it just wasn't meant to be I guess.

When we were there the day we went over to YC for breakfast there was outside maintenence going on and the door we went in was closed off when we went to leave so we had to back track plus there was tent up for some convention minor inconvienences and DH & I both agreed we were glad we were staying at BWI

Hope you were able to get decent prices on your airfare.

Hope you were able to get decent prices on your airfare.

All we can do is wait it out at this point. I booked with a 30% discount and there are no regular rooms left on the discount anywhere we would want to stay. I guess if we get there and the pool is still a mess then we will ask to be moved to another resort. It will just be hard if they put us anywhere besides the BWI because a lot of our plans and ADR's revolve around staying in that area.

Did you and your DH love the BWI???

I did not get very good airfare prices. Waited too long (had to). But more on that later....

I just want to make it clear to everyone that it is not my fault that Teri's inbox busted.
She should have anticipated the fact that 1) Shelly would start her PTR today, duh.... and 2) she should have known that on such a momentous day such as today, that SOMEthing would happen to me that would cause life crisis which in turn resulted in the many PM's and said Inbox needing the Crash Cart.

And Teri---- there might not be snakes in the mall, but how the heck can a girl walk around when there are so many pretty things to look at and try on there? Then I'd end up at the Cinnabon counter and it would be all for naught!!!!
I think I'll take my chances with the snakes.
