I haven't tried any of the Up and Up items from Target. This weeks ad has the diapers for I believe 13.99 which is a good price. Just wondering if anyone has tried them? Thanks:)

I tried Targets brand diapers after my neighbor said that she liked them. Not me. I didnt like them. I have tried cheaper brands a couple of times, and am just not happy. Im sticking with my Huggies until dd is potty trained---hopefully that will be SOON!!

I used to use them for DD. She is all of two and half months old. She had no reaction to the diapers but hasn't had a reaction to anything on her skin yet. At first I liked them but then they changed them. They started putting less in the pack for the same price. They fit her OK. They were rather large on her. I had no leakage problems from them. I switched over to the Babies R Us diapers recently since they had had them on a great sale. I stocked up and shouldn't have to buy diapers until August/September sometime. In my research on diapers, the biggest complaint I saw about the Up and Up diapers is that they are very bright and show through clothing. If your child is wearing anything light colored you can see them. That didn't mean as much to me as saving money and her comfort. Overall, we liked them but like the Babies R Us better. They did work nicely though.
The Up and Up wipes are nice too. They were very wet though. But they are nice and thick. Though I like the Babies R Us better. Nice and thick but not as wet.

For what it's worth, in my quest to save money on diapers I also tried the Walmart brand. They were also OK but the tabs are super small. I am all of five feet tall and have small hands. I had problems with the tabs. DBF had even more problems than I did. We won't be buying them again unless they get bigger tabs. They were just too hard to work.

I liked them, but only used them during the day. They don't seem to hold as much as huggies and pampers...so I used them during the day and then huggies or pampers at night. If I got a good deal on them, I would buy more.

We use them during the daytime hours (frequent changes) for my son but use others overnight.

With my DS5 I was a diaper snob brand name only but now with my DD17 months Ive become frugal. I figure I just buy them to throw them away anyways. Ive tried Target brand and we use them day and night with no issues. My only complaint if I was to have one is that they are very rectangular shaped. Reminds me of that huggies commercial where they were made for brick babies.
As far as the color they have blue and green circles on them which have never been an issue to me but my dd is generally in dark colored clothes or layers.

Safeway brand was okay also besides the very short tabs.

Had to buy them once when our size of pampers were out, and we were in a hurry to get to the airport. Never again!!

We've used both the Up and Up diapers and disposable training pants and find them to be comparable to Huggies products...

I have bought the Up & Up a couple of times. They are just not very absorbent and DD bottom is wet when I change her.
Love the Up and Up wipes, though.

Use them all the time, I really like them. DD is almost 4 but she is disabled and very tiny, about the size of an average 1 1/2- 2 year old and still wears diapers, no leak issues for us.:)

We love them. have used the Target brand diapers since DS 1 was a baby (6 years ago). Never any leakage or skin irritation issues. I would never ever pay Huggies, Luvs, Pampers prices when I can get something just as good at almost 1/2 the prices!

I hate them! I have twins, so any savings I can get in the diaper department is great. But they just dont work for us at all. My two are always peeing through. Its not like I leave them on for a long time either. I havent had any luck with store brand diapers.

Looks like I'm one of few who likes them! Both of my boys wear them and haven't ever leaked through during the day. For nights we just put them in a size up. They are $13.69 for a case so it helps us keep the cost per month down. The pros for me: inexpensive, velcro tabs that are big, and stretchy sides that are wide.

I don't like Huggies because the sides don't pull down far enough and they leak out the sides. I never had a leak with Overnights though, but they are shaped differently. I like Pampers but they are too much for as many as we need. I don't like Luvs because the sticky tape never stays where it should.

Buy one of the small packages and try them out. You might be surprised! My friend who refused to buy anything but Pampers has switched and loves them as well.

I haven't, because we do cloth, and when we go on trips we use Seventh Generation unbleached disposables...but the reason I am replying is because I use their wipes almost exclusively and I think they're wonderful! :flower3:

we are using them right now., a friend gave us some because they didnt like them, and I like them alot better than parents choice from Walmart. but prefer Luvs or pampers.

I must have a super pee-er.

Baby Fluffy does well in Pampers Cruisers for day and Huggies Overnights. I have tried everything (inc. the Up & Ups) and he pees through everything else. Next one I'd like to try cloth if I can get the rest of our laundry under control.

I have to add a ME TOO for the wipes though. I love those things. Best on the market.

I also was never able to use store brands and I tried them all! DS peed through all of them. I found I was changing his diapers twice as often to avoid the leaks and therefore I was actually spending more money on diapers. We switched back to the Pampers Cruisers for day and Huggies Overnites and were much happier and saved much more money. Also if you watch the stores for sales and buy the smaller packs to use more coupons, you usually come out cheaper for the name brands :thumbsup2

They seemed to leak for my son but not for my daughter.:confused3 probably something to do with the absorbency in front. Love the wipes
