I was just looking at the website for Dream Villas of Orlando and was wondering if anyone here as stayed there. It seems like a great deal! You get a 4 bedroom and 3 bath villa for $109.

I have done a search. Are these the ones on Seven Dwarfs Lane? If so:

A. I am not impressed with that area.

B. The AAA Directory does list vacation rental villas in the Kissimmee area, as well as hotels and motels. Dream Villas is not listed. This is a not good sign.

Aren't these the ones owned by John/Kevin? Forgive me if they aren't.

Yes, they are.
FYI, the BBB gives them an A rating. No complaints.

We've stayed there two times and would highly recommend them. Their customer service is excellent. Their decorating has a touch of Disney to it, which we really enjoyed. The pool area is fabulous. It's a gated area, which was also nice. The extras that you get when staying there are extremely nice! The amount of space compared to staying on property is wonderful. Overall, the townhome was very clean and had all the major supplies you would need (paper towels, dishes, laundry soap, etc.) The ONE and ONLY complaint that we would have is that the carpets are a little dirty. We are a family that takes their shoes off when entering a house. Our socks would be dirty from the carpets. I blame this mainly on other people though b/c it's not practical for them to deep clean the carpets between each guest. Overall though, we would definitely stay there again and you just can't beat the price for all that you get. Let me know if you have any more questions!

I had looked at them, and a lot of others, and ended up going with www.storytimeorlandorental.com. We were very pleased with everything. We did have a 6 bedroom, but we had a total of 10 in our party. Just thought I would throw them out there in case you wanted to look at some other options.

Thank you so much "SoonerSarah" for putting this information out there. I too was searching for info on Dreams Villas and came across your reply. It does not compare to say the least. Very impressive the storytime rentals.

How long (time-wise) are these homes from Disney parks and the new upcoming Legoland? Thank you again!

DH says it took around 5 minutes to get from the house to Animal Kingdom, and then the time that it took the longest to get to Magic Kingdom was 20 minutes. I think the longest it took us to get to Downtown Disney was 15 minutes. I'm not sure if that is the Legoland that you are referring to as I know they are supposed to be building a new one at DTD, but I've also heard another store is opening up somewhere.

Even more I'm convinced. I was initially going to staying at in the family suites @ ASM, which is an AK resort, but looking at the map this is right next to AK as well and for less the money.

Im not too worried about losing the perks like after hours or early morning entry. We are on vaca and do not wake up early and staying at the Windsor we can leave at a decent time every night take strolls and/or enjoy our own private heated pool. yay!

I was referring to LEGOLAND, the amusement park that is set to open in October. Like the one in CA. One last question, do you know if the 3 bedroom townhouse within the same vicinity as the 6 bedroom. Is all within the Windor Resort?
