We're going to WDW at Thanksgiving for the first time this year. We're a party of 7 - DH, me, DD10, DS7, my parents, and my sister. I'm in charge of planning, since I know Disney. I'm looking for a meal that offers both a traditional Thanksgiving meal and at least a limited regular menu. I'm thinking we might like to visit the Osbourne lights that evening, the Brown Derby looks like a logical choice. According to last year's info on allearsnet, they offered what we're looking for. Has anyone eaten there for Thanksgiving? Was it good? All opinions are welcome!

Brown Derby is one of our all time favorites any time of year, but we have done Thanksgiving there several times.:goodvibes

We love it....if it's a nice day, you can request an outside table, listen to the pretty Xmas music playing through the park, and people watch while you enjoy your meal. That is one of our favorite memories of Thanksgivings at WDW.

Inside isn't too shabby either. ;) The food and service are excellent.

Happy planning - Thanksgiving is a fun time to go!

That's exactly the kind of review I was looking for! We've eaten at the BD before, but it's been a few years, and we've never been for Thanksgiving. Sounds like a great place to be for the holiday!
