We arrive 12/4th 12/10th, 2005 and we love the Poly. It's our first time staying concierge. My daughter is such a picky eater that I thought the food would be worth the extra cost and the fact that hard to get reservations are really not a worry with a concierge staff member on your side.
Any advice will be appreciated. Oh, also, do you tip the concierge staff in the lounge and check-in and what's the appropriate amount?
