Have a cat 3 reserved for West Coast sailing but it is room 8100 which is a handicapped room. That is the only cat 3 available. Anyone know about the noise in this room? Also am wondering if we will like not having plexiglass verandah and no tub. Thanks for any thoughts.

My sister upgraded at port and got the almost identical room next door. She LOVED IT!!!!!!!! The verandah is HUGE and when I say HUGE it is HUGE. enough for about 50 people out there. It is a solid wall though. And watch out for the people above though, they can see down on to your verandah. But she loved it.............She sayed if she could book it everytime she would.........ENJOY... OH........ No tub.... Just walk in showers

The tub would be nice, but you probably wouldn't have much time to use it. That area of the ship is pretty quiet, although you might hear people overhead at the buffet at mealtimes. The suite itself is gorgeous. As the previous poster said, the verandahs back there are very large, but not very private. The white wall verandahs don't bother me, and personally I think aft is a great location.
