Anyone stayed at Maingate Lakeside Resort or Baymont Inn & Suites on Black Lake Rd?

My husband has access to a program called 'tickets at work' that offers hotel discounts.

I'm wondering if either of these hotels are any good?

Maingate Lakeside Resort
Or
Baymont Inn & Suites (on black lake rd)

We're typically not fancy hotel people, but don't like really gross rooms either.

Want somewhere very close to the parks for driving home after midnight and heading out at 7:30am etc

I've stayed at Maingate lakeside a couple of times when I want a super cheap room,I'll get it on Hotwire or another one of those sites that don't give you the name of the hotel until you book usually for like $30-$40 but they do charge you a $10/night resort fee.The hotel is older but not in bad shape, clean with a good working a/c.The best thing is how easy it is to get into Disney property using Sherberth rd,if you look at Bing maps or Google earth you'll see how Animal Kingdom is literally almost behind it and using that Sherberth entrance you're there in 5 minutes.I stayed at the Baymont inn only once when I needed an extra hotel day before checking into Pop Century for the marathon.I literally checked in at around 5pm,slept and left the room at around 3am to head for the half marathon so I don't have much to offer about how the hotel is.It seemed to be OK,I believe it had free breakfast but didn't get a chance to try it,Maingate Lakeside doesn't have free breakfast by comparison.Baymont is also right on Sherberth rd to get you inside Disney easily.
