Never stayed there but will be on my upcoming honeymoon for one night! We'll be there October 1st (the next 5nights at BC). A kids Dfi and I always dreamed of staying in that hotel, with the monorail gliding in and out. For a long time I never even knew it had garden wings! I thought it was only the tower! So we requested a Mk view on our tower ressies and are keeping our fingers crossed. We'll be arriving early so we are willing to wait for a MK view if necessary. Then we'll head to MK for a bit then return for dinenr at the Concourse Steakhouse and enjoy the pool and explore. Breakfast the next morning at Chef Mickeys'! I've seen pics of the rooms and they are HUGE!!! We are hoping for a King bed too but would rather have the MK view if there has to be a compromise.

My lately was a year ago, we had the tower room facing MK and all I can say is it ROCKED.

brooke :flower:

I had booked a garden standard north wing and the CM surprised us with a tower, MK view upgrade. :wizard: When she told me my room #,4559, I was puzzled, I new there were only 3 floors to the wings. I repeated the # and she proceeded to tell me how to get there...once again, I had the puzzled look on my face  and she laughs and says "Oh, I forgot to tell you we upgraded you to the tower with a view of the MK." After I picked my jaw up off the ground  , I told the rest of the crew the good news and we almost flew up to the room, we were so excited! The room was the same as before (we have stayed there many times but always in wing rooms), same decor but I have never had a problem with that. Same big bathroom, same furniture (except that we had a frig that we didn't have to ask for).....but that view....it made the whole trip! :cloud9: Just one problem though, we only stayed there one night! Can you believe it, the one time I get upgraded and we only have one night to enjoy it. But no problem really, we enjoyed the heck out of the view, watched the water parade and Wishes, sat on the balcony awhile, then went walking around the resort. The next day we moved over to the Villas at Wilderness Lodge and had a great stay there also. :cool1:
