Hi! We have been to WDW many times, but this April we are considering a trip to Disneyland. I don't even know where to begin. We want to go to Disneyland for at least 3 days, and San Diego Zoo and Sea World one day each. We think it may be best to stay at motel in Anaheim whole time and just drive or do a tour to San Diego both those days. We want to stay at a Good Neighbor Motel so it will be close to Disneyland. I came across Cortona Inns and Suites (and about 30 other hotels) but don't know what is the best for the price. Want a moderate price or lower. Any suggestions?:)

Do you want free breakfast? Is free parking and wireless important to you? How about the bedding? Do you care if it's pillow top or not?

How about a Kid's Suite with a separate room with bunk beds?

A good step is to take a look at the websites of each of the hotels to look at their pictures. I would say read the info they offer, but often times the websites are created without a lot of detail and are often outdated.

Also read the reviews on various trip websites to get a feel of how others had viewed the hotels.

When it comes to hotels that are moderate price and lower, you'll get a much narrower selection when you desire certain amenities such as a decent breakfasts, quality of the rooms, whether they're part of a franchise or not, etc.

Also, the listing of Good Neighbor Hotels isn't all inclusive of all the nearby hotels. Disney only has a certain number of slots and hotels, like mine, get left off due to space issues, and not necessarily quality/location issues.

Do you have two room suites that will take 4 teens and two adults with hot breakfast in the AM, shuttle to the park, a king size bed(at least 1) and super service. If so, I would love to try your place.
Thanks,

Jack

Sorry for not replying earlier. I forgot to subscribe to this thread.

You'll have to google us at "Comfort Inn Maingate" to check out our website for video and details. If your teens don't mind sleeping in a bunk bed, then we can accommodate all of you in a Kid's Suite that has two queen beds. We also have free Belgian Waffle breakfast.

The shuttle is run by the Anaheim Resort Transit system, but I'm in the midst of working a deal to go with the same guys who do the shuttle service for Crowne Plaza and the Hyatt.
