Anyone stayed at Aulani

I am dying to hear about the resort from someone who has stayed. I know it has just opened, but wondered if it is as magical as it is advertised to be.
Thinking of a trip early next June, definitely want to go to Hawaii, need to decide if this is the place to stay.
We are not DVC members, but looking for some general input on the resort...

Stayed over Labor Day weekend and we can't stop thinking about it! It was the best mini-staycation we EVER had! We booked some days in Jan & Feb. The whole resort is spectacular and this is the hottest ticket in town!!!!!

The dinner buffet at the Makahiki was great with fresh seafood and a NY steak on the carving table. Breakfast was good but not great.

I am still trying to figure out how to post pictures!!!!
