Anyone Stay at Windsor Palms ?

We are heading down the end of April for 2 weeks and are staying offsite at Windsor Palms, it looks nice from the pics online. But noticed there isn't WiFi available, which will be a pain.

Has anyone else stayed here ?? Any tips, tricks or anything we should know ??

We had a 6 bedroom house in Windsor Palms 2 years ago. It was very nice. We didn't use the main building or pool except one day. My daughter (6 at the time) got seriously injured on their slide. There is a height restriction but I would not let my kids go on it ever again. The location is perfect for shopping, the parks....

You will need to learn the back route to the parks - funie steed road to Sherbeth. Sherbeth crosses right over 192 and it will take you right to the Animal Kingdom (5 minutes) and then you are on the Osceola so you can get to all of the parks. Try to avoid 192.

I stayed 3 times over the last 4-5 years. We always use the funie road short cut. I agree stay away from 192. The cluhouse has basketballs & Tennis rackets to sign out. I never used the pool, we always used the one at the villa. Lots of places to eat within 5 minutes.There is a small grocery store just down the street on formosa BLVD, a little pricey but very conveinent.

PS computer available at the clubhouse, Don't know about Wi-Fi
