Anyone stay at BLT or KV and used DCL transport to pier?

Has anyone stayed at BLT or KV and used DCL to get to the pier? Did guest services move your luggage for you? If so was it a hassle? How early did you have to your luggage at CR or AKL? Was it there when you got on the ship?

We stayed at BLT before our Cruise to the Bahamas in Sept. We took our luggage down to the 1st floor lobby and met the cruise cast member there. They handled our luggage from there on. We each took a carry on with a few things we needed. We went on ship and our luggage was in our stateroom before us...ha ha ha

Going back to the VWL after, we had to go get our luggage in the terminal where they take all the luggage then go thru customs then when we got to VWL we took our luggage with us.

Make sure you pay for the DCL transfers to and from the resort its $35 each way and then call the cruise line week before cruise and they will tell you your pick up time.

We are doing Cruise in Dec and we are staying at Animal Kingdom Jambo house concierge and we are using DCL transportation again its great.

We just use the ME to the port after Christmas from BLT. It was really easy. We set up the transfer a while before we left for Florida. Once we checked in, they reminded us about the transfer at the front desk at CR. The day before our check out they gave us an envelope containing our transfer info, stickers, and what time to have the luggage ready by. We called BS at 830 for a 9 pickup. He took all our bags and we were supposed to meet downstairs by 1130. At 1145 we were on our way!
