I shipped my laptop out last Wed. (under warranty still). They received it Friday. I just talked to Dell and they said it was repaired and shipped out on Friday. I should be receiving it on Tuesday via Airborne. I had a list of suspicious problems for them to check out. Is it really possible for them to run their diagnostic tests and repair what needed to be fixed and then ship out all on the same day they got it from me?? Something just doesn't sound right here.
