Anyone see Polar Express at the IMAX?

How was it? Did you see it in a regular theater too? It's playing again at the IMAX's and I'm looking forward to seeing it this weekend. Just wondering what to expect. My kids and I loved the movie.

No, but I sure wish we were. As far as I know, it's not playing at our local IMAX.

We too loved the movie....what a beautiful movie to watch. The visuals are incredible!

Yes, we saw it at both.....loved it either way, but IMAX is great!!
Thinking about going this year too, but it is an hour drive.
Going to go buy the DVD in a little while

The 3D version is playing at our local IMAX, and on Saturday Dh and I were there to watch Harry Potter. They had a 3D preview for the Polar Express... WOW! It looked so good - just like the 3D movies at WDW. Actually, I kept thinking I was going to get squirted with water at any moment, lol.

Awesome, the 3D version is what's playing. I also have to drive an hour but it's worth it. Our plan is to visit Santa at the MOA and then head to see the Polar Express.

It's showing here, hope we get a chance to go see it. They are also showing Santa vs. The Snowman.

Saturday we went to the U.S. Space & Rocket Center in Huntsville AL with our cub scout troop and saw them advertising Batman Begins in 3D.

Oh, let me explain... the "local" IMAX is 1 1/2 hours from my house, lol! But yes, it did look great.
