anyone see monsters inc souviners?

[OUR 1ST DISNEY TRIP]

DS5 loves Monsters Inc. We have stuffed animals but you cant find anything monsters related around here. i am hoping to find some when we go to disney in september, does anyone remember seing any monster things (shirts hats toys (other than stuffed animals) when they were there? if so please share. thanks in advacne

In June 2005, I saw a Mike hat -- basically, a green round eyeball w/legs sticking out but very cute. You can also get your picture taken with them at MGM ( they don't do autographs). I was also lucky enough to find a t-shirt on clearance at the Disney store this summer. I hope to see some more items from them in WDW as well!

There are a few things but not too many. Like previous poster said theres the hat (which seems to be a staple) and a couple other things (there was one of those light things that twirls when you squeeze it) but you really have to keep your eyes open. My DD loves Monsters, Inc. and we weren't able to find anything that really inspired us. Fortunately Monsters, Inc. on Ice came through town earlier this year and we loaded up on stuff then. Infalted prices but you take what you can get.

Don't quote me on this, but I think I remember seeing some stuff in MGM. I know they are there for pictures, so I'm sure there atleast have some Tshirts of them. But I think your best bet at finding souviners of them is at MGM.

Did you look in your local Disney Store? There might be a few Tshirts there too.

There is very little Monsters Inc. merchandise available. There is a little set of action figures available, along with a couple of plush, the Mike W. hat and a couple of t-shirts. That's about it.
